"GB" are the initials of our owner and chef, Gabriel Bachis. Our gelato comes from European family recipes passed down through generations since 1968, and we make it from scratch every day in our Carmichael shop with natural ingredients.
Each week the case holds 30+ flavors from a library of 200+ recipes, with dairy-free sorbets, sugar-free options and real-fruit smoothies so everyone gets a scoop.
